TITLE: Solution Architect (Information Asset LLC – Old Tappan, NJ)
HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00
DUTIES: Evaluate the clients business needs and analyze their technical requirements to develop effective operations strategy. Utilize Java development skills and solution architecture to design technical solutions to ensure requirements are met. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects by working with the offshore team and client teams to assure technical solution functionality. Ensure the teams follow the correct procedures, coding, guidelines and standards, policies and documentation requirement across project phases. Guide the team through the development, testing, and implementation stages and review the completed work. Provide direction and technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation. Provide reporting, analysis, and insightful recommendations to the management team on performance metrics. Identify resource requirements and allocation to specific projects, efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware ability. Extract and prepare data, as well as build reports, analysis, and dashboards. Create, define, and maintain enterprise information. Responsible for project management including budget, delivery and business case development.
REQTS: Must have Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or related, plus four (4) years of experience in the position offered or as a Technology Manager, Data Governance Consultant, or a related position. Must have four (4) years of experience with: Collibra DGC; and relational database including SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Hive, and DB2. Must have two (2) years of experience with: Informatica Axon; Informatica Data Quality; Business Intelligence tools including Tableau, SAP Business Objects, and MS Power BI; Mule Anypoint Studio and Mule Standalone Server; proposing solutions from POC development to troubleshooting large scale implementations in order to ensure requirements are met; planning and executing project life cycle; and designing and developing systems integration. 25% travel required to various and unanticipated client sites nationally. All employment related travel expenses to be paid by employer pursuant to internal policy.
